Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (for bodysuits and corsets, hygiene liner must be intact)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked as such in product description)
- Personalized or custom-made pieces from our CORSETS collection
- Items without original tags or with signs of wear
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Our team will respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if needed (especially for delicate items like our maxi dresses or jumpsuits)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable method
- Email us the tracking information
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Refund Amount: Item cost minus original shipping fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product (wrong size/color/style):
- Do not remove tags or wear the item
- Take photos of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)
