Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (for bodysuits and corsets, hygiene liner must be intact)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (marked as such in product description)
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces from our CORSETS collection
  • Items without original tags or with signs of wear
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  1. Repackage items securely in original packaging
  2. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
